Please read the following instructions carefully as these procedures are followed strictly:
- We don’t charge a retainer for PC matters.
- The parties prepay for meetings as needed. Ron’s PC hourly rate is $250.00, and he requires two hours to be paid in advance of each meeting.
- Payment must be received by each parent no later than 24 business hours prior to the meeting. If payment is not received within that time, the meeting will be rescheduled. This amount covers the time for conducting the one-hour meeting and preparation of the Parenting Coordinator recommendations that will be filed with the Court.
- Additional time, if any will be invoiced with payment due within thirty (30) days.
- In the event that there is an unpaid balance owed and a meeting is requested, you will each be required to pay your portion of the balance owed in addition to the fees for the requested meeting.
- The fee is split according to the current PC order.
- If one party refuses to pay, the other party is responsible for the entire fee.
