Privacy & Analytics

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Lewis & Gore uses the public pages of lewisgore.com to provide information about our services and ways to contact us.

Contact form and email

When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you enter, which can include your name, email address, phone number, message, opposing-party and opposing-attorney names, meeting preferences, and how you found us. Submitted inquiries are stored on our WordPress website. Notifications are sent to our office through Microsoft/Outlook using WP Mail SMTP. The website also keeps email logs that include notification content.

Abandoned-form lead capture is disabled for this contact form. We do not use that feature to collect unfinished answers. WPForms separately records form-activity statistics on our website, such as field interactions, validation errors, and time spent. Those activity statistics do not include the text you type into the form.

Please do not include confidential case details, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or other sensitive documents in this form. Call our office to arrange an appropriate way to provide sensitive information. Sending a website inquiry does not establish an attorney-client relationship.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and WordPress.com/Jetpack Stats to understand website use. These services may receive page URLs and titles, referring pages, IP addresses or approximate location, browser and device information, language, screen size, timestamps, and visitor or session identifiers. Cookies and similar technologies may support these measurements.

Google Analytics can record interactions such as starting a form, including form and field identifiers. We do not intentionally send names, contact-form answers, or client or matter information to Google Analytics. Please do not put confidential or personally identifying information in website search terms or URL parameters.

Other services on the page

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the contact form from spam and receives browser, device, network, and interaction information for abuse detection. Google Maps displays our office location, Google Fonts provides fonts, and WordPress.com may deliver website images. Your browser contacts these providers when relevant page content loads, allowing them to receive your IP address and browser/request information even if you do not submit a form. Some services may use cookies or similar technologies.

The WPForms phone field makes an IP-based location lookup to help select the country and phone-number format. Submitted entries may also include IP-based location information.

Your choices and questions

Most browsers let you manage or delete cookies and limit third-party content. Blocking these services can affect maps, spam protection, or form functionality. If the form does not work, or you have questions about website information, call us at 918.592.1773.
